Carolayn has been a collaborative partner, teacher, and dedicated caregiver for 20 years.

Her journey began as a teenager when she became a swim instructor and specialized in teaching water safety for young children, ages 0-6, for over a decade. This is where her passion began for creating a deeper understanding of how children learn and how to communicate in ways that fostered a child’s intelligence.

With an educational background in human development and psychology, she began to venture into working with children with severe neurodevelopmental disorders. She was well known in the autism community for her intuitive approach to teaching and connecting with children in a holistic way that honored their individual needs.

In the last ten years she has built a successful career as a professional nanny in Colorado. She has worked with variety of clients and takes pride in being a trusted ally for parents and their children. For the last five years she has specialized in caring for multiple young children, typically 3-4 kids at a time, ages 6 and under.

She is dedicated to co creating safe and nurturing spaces for children. And she is confident in handling the full spectrum of responsibilities when it comes to caring for children at a wedding or special event.

She is excited to provide her expertise to families that want to enjoy their special occasion with complete peace of mind!
